- Trim the wick before each burn to prevent black soot and allow a clean burn
- Allow ample time for wax to melt to edges of vessel to prevent tunneling
- Burn for only 3-4 hours at a time
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Discontinue burning the candle when 1/4 inch of wax is all that remains in the jar.

Lighting up the Bourbon and Maple candle I am greeted with a rich, bold and smoky scent with an undertone of smooth maple, perfect for an evening by the fire. The combination is well-balanced, a treat for the senses without being too delicate. The scent lingers throughout the house, beautifully mellow and comforting.

The first candle I burned was the Mint Chocolate - it smelt divine and you could smell it through out the house. But this one was a complete let down, it doesn’t smell like anything. Hours of burning but no scent.
